At Roches Blanches, for three generations now, they have solely dedicated to making only one product: dry sausages. So, their sole ambition is to do what we are best at: focusing on their highly specialized and unique trade to offer products fully conform with today’s requirements but still true to our ancestor Marcel Malandain’s original dry sausages. Thanks to a highly motivated and ambitious team, Roches Blanches evolved into a leading and innovating manufacturer while remaining true to their traditions. The selection of high quality raw materials is paramount in making good dry sausages. This is why Roches Blanches set up a partnership with two local pig breeders: They belong to an association striving to promote local production of Normandy pigs. By using fresh raw materials from local farms where pigs are fed cereals and flax seed and by using only prime cuts, including hams,they succeeded in developing a range of unique character and flavour ”Normandy pork” dry sausages.
