A sweet, elegant, fine and round wine striking a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. The fruit and varietal aromas lead to pleasant notes of vanilla. The over-ripe grapes are picked before the thrushes (grives) get to them, giving the wine its rich, powerful yet very fresh qualities. The bouquet reveals scents of white truffe and the impression on the palate is one of great charm, balance and fullness. Its spicy character is well to the fore. Produced in very small quantities.
